You can access self-scheduling below to request a Telehealth or Office visit. An intake form will be emailed to you to collect insurance information and our VA will reach out to you after verifying your benefits to let you know if we are in-network with your plan.
Home visits are limited and reserved for newborns under 6 weeks and parents who are unable to drive. There is a $100 fee for Home visits that is not billable to insurance. If you are interested in booking a Home visit, please text your cross streets to 248-688-0334 so we can verify that you live within the service area of our providers.

We can bill many insurance plans for your appointment. If you don’t have commercial health insurance or we can’t bill your plan, you’ll receive an invoice to pre-pay with a credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card. Your visits can be used prenatally and at any point after delivery, including starting solids, sleep challenges during lactation, back to work planning, and weaning.

We have a cancellation list if you are interested in being
seen sooner. After you request an appointment and receive a confirmation email,
