1. Book an Appointment
You'll find our self scheduling just below for office and virtual visits. Once booked, you'll receive an intake form via email that is due within 24 hours. We can bill many insurance plans for your appointment! If you don’t have commercial health insurance or we can’t bill your plan, you’ll receive an invoice to pre-pay with a credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card. Once all intake forms and if possible, any needed invoice is paid, your appointment will be confirmed.

We have a cancellation list if you are interested in being
seen sooner. After your appointment is confirmed,
text CANCELLATION to 248-688-0334 to be added.

2. Your Office, Virtual, or In-Home Consultation
​During your appointment, we may assess a feeding or a pump session, ask questions, and most importantly, listen to your concerns and what your feeding goals are.
3. Creating Your Care Plan
Our team will create a comprehensive Care Plan personalized for your family and your goals. It will be shared with you virtually and may include links, handouts, video examples, and summaries of topics discussed.
4. How To Communicate With Our Team
Communication after your appointment will take place in our secure, HIPAA compliant patient portal. You can send pictures, ask follow up questions, and share your victories!
